Nursing Home Neglect

As the nation's average age increases, the number of senior citizens in nursing homes increases. This increasingly places a strain on the often understaffed and undertrained employees of nursing homes that do not place enough of an emphasis on the residents. Bedsores, prescription errors, abuse and disease are often the result of such neglect. In such cases, we are not only able to assist the neglected resident but also force the nursing home to change its practices and procedures and pay more attention to the residents.
