Most of our attorneys previously worked as insurance defense attorneys for insurance companies before deciding to represent those injured by the negligence of others.  We now use that previous experience representing our clients.  We know how to present a case to an insurance company and how to counter the insurance company’s tactics and arguments.  If a case does not settle, we will take it to trial where our clients benefit from the experience our lawyers have gained after trying hundreds of jury trials.  Since we prepare from the time we begin representing a client for the possibility of taking the case to trial, we will be ready if the client believes a trial is the best alternative.  This preparation actually allows us to satisfactorily settle most cases.
